The role involves reviewing, processing, and reporting adverse drug experiences (ADEs) to support patient safety and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prioritize routine safety cases for processing.
- Assess and escalate complex cases for further evaluation.
- Verify and document critical safety data: seriousness, expectedness, product issues, and more.
- Compose detailed and accurate case narratives.
- Determine appropriate follow-up actions and initiate requests when needed.
- Collaborate with various global stakeholders, including Clinical Development teams and country offices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Pfizer’s product portfolio, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance timelines.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in a healthcare profession such as Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, etc.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related healthcare domains.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of global drug safety regulations.
